4. Payments and fees
4.1 Pricing: All prices are stated in Euro and are subject to change.
4.2 Invoices: Clients will receive invoices for all services rendered. Payments must be made within the timeframe specified on the invoice.
4.3 Late payments: Growthcast reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments as permitted by Belgian law.
4.4 Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in cases where Growthcast fails to deliver services as outlined in the agreement.

5. Intellectual property
5.1 Ownership of deliverables: Upon full payment, clients will own the rights to all final deliverables provided by Growthcast.
5.2 Ownership of tools: Growthcast retains ownership of all proprietary tools, methods, and templates used to create deliverables.
5.3 User content: Users retain ownership of any materials they provide to Growthcast but grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of providing services.

6. Confidentiality
6.1 Non-disclosure: Growthcast will not disclose client information, projects, or partnerships without explicit consent.
6.2 Data protection: Growthcast complies with all applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR, to protect client and user data.

7. Limitation of liability
7.1 Growthcast is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or services.
7.2 Growthcast’s total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.

8. Termination
8.1 Termination by user: Users may terminate their relationship with Growthcast by providing written notice.
8.2 Termination by Growthcast: Growthcast reserves the right to terminate access to the Site or services if a user violates these Terms.
8.3 Effect of termination: Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled, and Growthcast will retain ownership of any unpaid deliverables.

11.2 Any disputes will be resolved first through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
